A few weeks ago, we flew to Maine (well, to Boston and then took a rental car to Maine) for a family reunion on the coast. This was decidedly not a dedicated photography trip, but at this point in my life I can’t imagine going somewhere as beautiful as the Maine Coast and not bringing a camera. Fortunately, Fujifilm had recently lent me their new X-E5 camera and 23mm f/2.8 pancake lens for review (see the video review HERE), a tiny camera that seemed perfect for travel, so I brought it along to give it a whirl.

It really is a beautiful state and the mosquito bites have mostly healed at this point :)
