Postcards from the Olympic Peninsula

Hello from the Bogachiel Rainforest!

I have to say, Washington’s Olympic Peninsula is one of my absolute favorite places on Earth. I just spent two rainy/cold/windy/amazing days exploring out that way again with a couple other photographer friends. Visited some classic spots and wandered around some more remote trails that I hadn’t seen before. Not exactly ideal camping weather (a few degrees colder and it would have been a blizzard instead), but it whet my appetite for more trips out west later this year. At least two big backpacking trips deep into the mountains of the park on the calendar already. Should be fun.

Hope you're well,

Brian
