Postcards from Moab

Ahh, it felt so good to get back out to the desert. I visited Southern Utah with my grandparents on a weeklong photography and camping trip back in… 2003? But hadn’t been back since then until this past weekend on a camping trip with some friends from Boulder. We found a world-class dispersed campsite (thanks to a photographer friend Keith. Thanks Keith!) with an epic view across a massive desert valley. Explored a little bit of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, hung out by the campfire, took in the dark skies that only the desert can provide. Not a bad way to start the camping season for 2018.
