Sol Duc Falls

Olympic Peninsula, Washington

This image was captured on my first visit to the Sol Duc Valley several years ago. I loved the way the two downed trees helped guide the eye through the frame. When I visited again the next year, the high water levels from the previous winter had pushed one of the logs free, changing the scene forever. This image was taken as part of a multi-year project documenting the wild places of Washington's Olympic Peninsula.

Fine art prints up to 16”x20” are individually produced in my studio on a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 printer with archival inks on top-of-the-line Canson Infinity Rag Photographique paper. Larger prints are ordered from a professional lab and hand-inspected by me before delivery. Properly taken care of, prints should last generations.

Sizes listed are the dimensions of the printed image. There is an additional small white border to make framing and handling easier. Prints ship unframed as standard, but if you’d rather receive them ready to hang, I can help with that as well.
